This is a list of activities the Kincardine Chamber of Commerce either
organizes or is a participant.
Santa Claus Parade
Held annually on the first Saturday in December starting at 6:30 p.m. The
parade starts at the Zehrs Market parking lot and travels to
Queen Street
ending at the Town Hall. Visit with Santa in Victoria Park. Free hot apple
cider and chili served.
All Candidates Night
Each election, the Chamber hosts an "All Candidates Night" to
introduce and ask questions of each person running.
Canada
Day
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce appoints one or two
representatives from the Board of Directors to sit on the Canada Day
Committee. These members help with the organization and running of all Canada Day celebrations.
Winter Carnival
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce appoints one or two
representatives from their Board of Directors to sit on the Winter Carnival
Committee. These members help with the organization and running of all Winter
Carnival celebrations.
Fish Kincardine Salmon Derby
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce appoints one or two
representatives from their Board of Directors to sit on the Fish Kincardine Salmon Derby
Committee. These members help with the organization and running of all derby
activities.

Annually our Chamber honours outstanding contributions to our community in
the form of special merit awards. Awards are given to:

Tourism Committee
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce appoints one or two
representatives from their Board to sit on this committee in an advisory
capacity.
Cruise Nights Committee
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce appoints one or two
representatives from their Board to sit on this committee and help with the
organization and running of these four evenings in the summer.
Small Business Fair
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce, together with the Bruce Community Futures Development Corporation,
organizes a Small Business Fair.
Lake Huron Shoreline Tourism
Partners Committee
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce appoints one representative
from its Board to sit on this committee.
Highland Games
Organizing Committee
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce acts in an advisory
capacity to this committee.
Shop Local Campaign
The Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce in co-operation with the
Kincardine Economic Development Committee and BIA. Runs promotional campaigns
for our community wide businesses.
