A Chamber of Commerce is formed by a group of forward looking citizens, who have banded themselves together to promote the welfare of a community to a greater extent than could be done individually. It is an organization which tries to fill the gap between what we are, and what we would like to be. The Chamber of Commerce helps to secure new industry and new business and assists in the development of local enterprise, and the promotion of your business, directly or indirectly. The Chamber of Commerce is actively seeking new development, new business and new industry. No area can progress without competent leadership and co-ordination of effort.
